What is the commission structure?

Surprise Parties offers one of the highest profit margins in the industry. Our profit margins are the same if you do one show a month or 20 shows a month. Our ladies make an average of about $200 to $250 take home pay per party. For more information, please contact Shanna Zalud

Are “company websites” available?

Yes

Can I design my own website?

No. The reason is because the best form of marketing is repetition and to best deliver this all the representative’s web stores must have the same structure. Surprise Parties has designed web stores for their representatives to use. As an example, my web store is www.shannazalud.surpriseparties.com. If a customer were to place an order, I would get paid directly for that purchase.

Where am I allowed to sell?

Any where you want to travel to. There are no limitations as to where you can go.

Are training tools available?

Yes, we pride ourselves on our training program. Our representatives are fully trained before they do their first show. Our training structure is set up so it is flexible and can be done around the new representative’s current schedule. We believe that training never really ends. We are a company where the representatives work together to come up with new ideas to better their presentations and sales. We work to keep each other motivated. Our representatives would tell you that Surprise Parties is not just a company that you work for; it’s more like a family that you belong to.

Am I required to hold home parties?

Yes, for women only.

A little about myself…I’ve been a Surprise Lady for over 7 years now and can’t picture myself doing anything else. I have truly found my calling. Since I’ve started with Surprise Parties, I have had two beautiful little boys that I now have a chance to stay home with during the day. I never thought being a stay at home mom would be possible until I found Surprise Parties. The best part is that I still get adult interaction in the evening while making an above average income. It’s the best of both worlds.

I never get bored of what I do and love talking about our product line. Two years ago I was given a great honor of receiving the Surprise Lady of the Year Award just for doing my job and loving what I do.

In 2007 I took home the 2007 Surprise Parties Pontiac Vibe.

What company supports their people and gives them cars??

Certainly none that I’ve ever worked for before or ever will again. I’m a gal that has fallen in love with my job and the company that I work for!! They say when you love what you do; you’ll never work another day in your life. I guess, I’m done working. It’s all fun and $$ from here!!!
