What are the sales quotas?
There are no minimum requirements as a sales representative, however, to be a leadership sales representative you must personally sell between $250-400 every campaign depending on your leadership level.

How do I start with this company?
Filling out an Independent Sales Representative Agreement.

What is the commission structure?
For the first 4 campaigns (a campaign is a 2 week period), you earn 50% commission. After that, you earn 20-50% depending on how much you sell. For example, a $400 order is approximately 40% earnings level. There are some items indicated with * that are “fixed earnings” items which Avon contracts out with other companies to offer through our catalog and we earn 20% on those items.

Are “company websites” available?
Yes they are. The cost is $7.50 per campaign to maintain an Avon-endorsed website.

Can I design my own website?
No.

Where am I allowed to sell?
You can sell face-to-face, via your Avon website, at parties, street fairs, vendor events, etc.

Are training tools available?
Yes, Avon offers state-of-the-art online training to their representatives. The training is free and available 24 hours a day. Additionally, there are District Sales Managers, employed by Avon, who offer various trainings every month as well as having personal support from me as your sponsor into the business.

Am I required to hold home parties?
No, however, a grand opening party is strongly recommended to announce the launch of your new business.
