What are the sales quotas?

In order to remain “Active”, a consultant must submit $200 in a rolling 3 month period.

How do I start with this company?

There are five small steps to make to begin your Thirty-one career.

1) Go to my website at www.mythirtyone.com/janacooper, go to the bottom of the Welcome page and click “Join my team.” Sign the consultant agreement.
2) Attend a party with me. This is not mandatory but will help you learn how to present the Thirty-one products effectively.
3) Read the Basic Training Guide
4) Listen to the New Consultant Training Call
5) Schedule your Business Debut within 2 weeks and schedule 5 additional shows within 30 days.

What is the commission structure?

Consultants receive 25% of their sales, 1% of direct line, 1% second line. Managers have four direct consultants on their team and receive 25% of their sales, 3% direct line, 1% second line as long as they meet active status requirements. The earnings potential grows at each promotion.

Are “company websites” available?

Yes, a personal company website is available for a small $10 monthly fee. In addition to the company website, for an additional minimal annual fee, you can sign up to receive Thirty-one’s Talks and Trends newsletter to email directly to everyone you subscribe to the newsletter. The newsletter is an awesome marketing tool.

Can I design my own website?

Yes, as long as you represent all information in the website honestly and accurately.

Where am I allowed to sell?

The only type of sales that Thirty-one prohibits is “reselling” the Thirty-one Gifts. For example, you cannot purchase products to offer on Ebay. Other than this, the opportunities are endless.

Are training tools available?

A lot! Not only will I be your strongest supporter; our upline Director will help to support you in building your business. The company provide training and support from New Consultant Training to Leadership Training though the company internet site call Thirty-one Today, to CD audio and DVD video, to telephone conference calls and One on One calls with Thirty-one Office home staff. The company handles all Customer Support concerns as well as questions regarding the web-site through our Customer Call Center. With Thirty-One, you are in business for yourself but never by yourself.

Am I required to hold home parties?

Booking shows is the Number one key to success in your Thirty-one career.

Booking isn’t difficult. Home parties are the best way to great income, but catalog shows are great as a backup when a show gets postponed. Also, when you have sporadic orders and need a few extra products for your presentation, you can host a catalog show.

Once you become a qualified consultant you may purchase a Show on the Go. This is a small kit that comes in the Organizing bucket that you can share with your catalog hostess. This is perfect if she works in an office, because it gives her co-workers a chance to see a few of the products while looking at a catalog. This will really help your catalog shows increase their sales.
